Position Overview:

At Madaket Partners, interns gain meaningful exposure to the day-to-day operations of a high-touch financial planning firm. Interns contribute to projects across marketing, business development, financial planning, and operations while building a practical understanding of how a successful advisory firm operates. This internship is designed for motivated individuals who want hands-on experience, real responsibility, and a behind-the-scenes look at how a modern financial planning firm operates.

Potential Responsibilities:

• Support Business Development & Marketing
  • Assist with new account applications and client management system updates.
  • Create and refine presentation decks and marketing materials.
  • Support webinar planning, invite list verification, and prospect research.
  • Enhance the Client Experience.
• Prepare materials and background information for client meetings.
  • Assist with financial planning tools and processes.
  • Observe client meetings and support post-meeting follow-up activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills with a client-centric approach.
• Interest in technology, automation, and process improvement.
• Professional judgment and discretion when working with confidential information.
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Salesforce, FMG, PowerPoint, or Canva is a plus.
